The whole trip, i think, the BEST food we had was this particular outlet called "Kailis' Fish Market Cafe".
Its voted the BEST Fish and chips in Whole of Perth and Fremantle.

They use a pager system for your orders. once pager beeps, your food is ready
Mr Cheong had a coleslaw and a potato salad for starter.
Mrs Cheong ordered a Seafood Delight (Fish, Calamari, Scallop)
Traditional Mr Cheong ordered the Traditional Kailis' Fish and Chips (The award Winning)
See, they did Win the Best Fish & Chips award.
Verdict : One of the better Fish & Chips i ever eaten. although its suppose to be award winning, but the fish batter could be better. no question on the degree of freshness though. that alone win hands down when compared to other Fish & Chips. No sauces were given (standard Australian practice) and i had to pay for the TarTare Sauce. Overall, i will think its a good effort. haha. Me and my mouth. Never easily sastified.
