For past 18 months, Jaylen have been falling sick almost once per month on average.

Time Flies.
Its the time of the year again that i grown another year older.
Its also the day of the year which i tell my wife not to have any celebrations for me.
Its for her to know and for everyone to find out.
Anyway, i would like to share with everyone this photo of my 15th birthday taken with my mum.

Today, my best friend and i went for steamboat dinner @ Shaw Tower.
The food was ok for me, as it was cheap ($17.50 nett) and it has few type of seafood.
I especially like the fresh prawns, mussels, clams and of course the CRABs!
Other then that, the handmade meatballs were nice too.
The soup base was ok (although it contained lots of msg) and the spicy half was ok to the palate.
i would rate it as 7/10.
Try it the next time you in the area!

Ever since 23rd June, i have been enrolled in a course, a leadership course which puts 30 individuals together and expect all 30 to be leaders. it has been a few weeks and this course, i must say, has been the toughest course i have ever been to. it tough because it makes me have very little time for my wife and son, on top of the other stuff that i love to do. but then, i suppose this course is going to shape me into a better person, a better soldier.
Thankfully, i have a very understanding wife who didnt grumble when i have to rest during weekends, or i reach home past 11pm etc. Thanks Mrs Cheong for all you have suffered.
Well, few more weeks to go and the pressure has only just begun.
Let's hope everything will be smooth flowing.
